Novak Djokovic has two children – son Stefan Djokovic and daughter Tara Djokovic. Stefan was born in 2014 and is currently eight years old, while Tara is five years old.
Speaking about his foundation, which supports underprivileged kids to attain preschool education, the tennis star said everything he does is aimed at providing a better future for his kids.
“I realize now that my greatest accomplishments of all are those that took place o the court: the marriage to my wife, Jelena, and the birth of our son, Stefan,” he said.
“Already, at almost two, I see a vast and wonderful learning potential in my son and know that these years are crucial to his development, his future, and the dreams that are slowly beginning to form in his heart. I want him to be given every chance possible to succeed in life.
“I also know that parents everywhere feel precisely the same way about their children, and as such it is ever more important to me to see preschools and kindergartens filled with eager young hearts and minds, ready to develop into the champions they were born to be.”
